What Is A Writ Of Execution (EJ-130)

A form EJ-130 is the  California Judicial Council Court form well-known as a Writ of Execution. This form should be filed by a party (a plaintiff or a defendant) to the case who won the claim (i.e. a judgement creditor). The EJ-130 form can be filed in case the judgement debtor (the party who lost the claim) refuses to pay the judgement willingly.
